Scott & White Health Plan offers you two methods to pay your bill electronically. You can pay your bill on the web with e-Pay or by monthly automatic withdrawal from your checking account with the Automatic Payment System.

e-Pay

Eliminate the nuisance of writing checks and mailing the payment by paying your monthly payment online. 

Log in or set up an account to use monthly OR Make a one-time payment 

Important Notice: If you are currently set up with automatic bank draft, paying with e-pay will NOT stop the bank draft. If you want to stop the bank draft and pay with e-pay, please send a written request to:

We must receive the request at least 5 days before your account is set up to be drafted in order to stop the bank draft. 

Automatic Payment System

To have your monthly payments debited electronically from your checking account, print and complete the form (PDF).

Mail the form and a voided check to:
