You're eligible to enroll in a Scott and White Health Plan for Medicare if you:
- Live in the service coverage area of our plan(s) – click on your county of residence in the list below to view eligible plans for your county
- Are enrolled in Medicare Part B
- Are entitled to benefits under Medicare Part A
- Do not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
If you do not have Medicare Part A, you can purchase it through Social Security.
